Artist's Comments
Yet another of my final pieces. This started off as a project to draw an object of your choice and to draw either a use of it or what it symbolises.
I chose a light bulb and I decided to go with the concept that a light bulb is the birth of thought. I started off with my own thoughts and writing random words that came to mind in a light bulb shape. I experimented further asking other students to write their own thoughts in whatever material and style they felt suited them best. And I took these words and the bright words I arranged into a light bulb. All reading away from the centre. And that created the head of the "Body of thoughts" I used the darker words to fill out a body. What do you think? I was quite impressed with this piece when I finished it. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. Our objective is to recognise deviants who deserve more recognition and to feature deviations with less than 10 original comments. The 0-5 Comments Issues feature a deviant as well as 3 deviations with less than 5 original comments from a wide selection of art.
